The article discusses ways of practical implementation of the proposed model and the noted principles of integrative learning based on our model. To this end, we will demonstrate how certain genres of media can be used in foreign language classes. The article is devoted to describing the model of integrated development of media literacy and communicative competence in English classes in non-linguistic universities.
